We got the new scale. It only weighs me a few pounds differently from the old one but is a lot more consistent. Oddly enough, it weighed my husband my husband at MORE and me at LESS, but I think there's a reasonable explanation for that: me losing and him gaining! But that's a story for another time.
The good news is:
The scale is still moving downward so I know I'm doing well on nutrition and fitness.
I've now lost over 49 pounds which is more than 20% of my body weight!
I'm just .6 pounds away from hitting the big 50 pound marker, putting up that "50 Pounds lost with Sparkpeople" banner and throwing myself a little dance party (no, really, I may just do that).
So, as always, the journey continues. My goals today are simple, same as always: log-in and spin the wheel, track everything that goes in my mouth and drink more than 8 glasses of water (generally, a lot more!). I have a cardio dance class with one my favorite instructors planned for the evening. She will definitely kick my butt. Should be fun!
