Well up a pound this week... boo hoo..... I did have a horrible day Saturday. Did more exercise this week than any other. Started really strength training using the right amount of weight. I feel slimmer through out my mid section. Shirts a bit looser than before but measure the same. So who knows. Guess I will keep it up till I talk with health coach next week. Hope everyone else is having a successful week!!!
