Damned Scale

Well up a pound this week... boo hoo..... I did have a horrible day Saturday. Did more exercise this week than any other. Started really strength training using the right amount of weight. I feel slimmer through out my mid section. Shirts a bit looser than before but measure the same. So who knows. Guess I will keep it up till I talk with health coach next week. Hope everyone else is having a successful week!!!

    U should probably invest in 5lb weights for upper body & 8 to 10lb weights for lower body (that way u already have heavier weight for when your upper body gets stronger)!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Thanks SUPERTAM that is what I am telling myself this week. The weight training is not a huge part of my plan, just some of the videos on here and all I can handle right now is 2lb weights. I did notice today on some of the exercises that was probably too light. Might have to go up a size.

    emoticon emoticon emoticon You're losing Inches!! I've noticed sometimes there's a rotation each week between losing inches or pounds when strength training is involved in your weight loss. Keep up the Excellent work!! It'll all even out towards the end. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I did measure last week, so here it goes for this week. Still about the same. Just a little more motivation. It may just be a bad time of the month for measuring.
