my shoulder is sore from using the weights, my bad leg is achy from all the lunges (believe me I am modifying) this is workout level 1. I promised my friend Lyssa that if I couldn't make progress in these two weeks I would try Medifast but I am freaking out about even thinking of doing it. The reasoning would be to take the weight off my knees fast the downside is every time I have done any low calorie diet I put the weight back on.
My waists is down but my weight is up. Definitely eating better (I don't eat junk I eat like a nutritarian but unlike a nutritarian the weight is not dropping off me.
I am 64 years old and would like to get in shape for the rest of my life. I am doing bodymedia and consistently get over 10000 steps. I am tracking my food and rarely go over 2000 what gives?
Also the week I tried to lose 2 pounds I GAINED 3 and it hasn't gone away
