I did start my food journal last night! Just have to keep doing it one day at a time.
And I've set my first goal. Decide to eat ONLY one level 5 (junk) food per day. And to record those calories in the journal. Seems like a good place to start. And will remove lots of guilt, extra servings, and give me "choices".
Last night I also went shopping and stocked up on foods! Packing lunch for today required a lot less creativity. I'm trying out boxed chocolate soy milk as an after lunch treat. I'll call it level 3 since it is sweetened, but much better than a chocolate bar at level 5.
And two big annual tasks done. Car inspection and taxes filed!!! yay! (and got two nice little texts this mornign that the fed and state both accepted my returns and I'll be getting money soon. Awww, how I love the digital age soemtimes!
No exercise happened last night, but I'm OK with that. I'm feeling good about how I spent my day and looking forward to this evening and my date with the Total Gym and elliptical.
