The quotes are on goals and goal setting, which is something I need to work on, not in the excercise area but more in the nutritional area. I have really let myself slip and while I haven't gained much it's not helping me lose or get me where I want to be. So my goal today is to stay on track nutritionally and NO EXTRA SNACKING!!
