There is some truth to this; have learned to eat without sugar and mostly without sweetener. Don't like flaxseed meal, but I eat it. Don't care for clear soups, prefer creamy, but I am eating them, too and have begun to like them. Have begun to prefer brown rice over white, and love beans of all kinds and greens. This is very very close to the truth. Wouldn't it be great to eat whatever we wanted and not have to exercise or worry about heart disease, diabeties, and the horrible guilt after eating a fat filled meal? 1797 days ago
