Just updated my ticker to count the days until my birthday. 16 to go. I'm hoping this ticker is the charm and I'll FINALLY lose the last pounds I need to shed to reach my goal of 140ish so I'm a normal BMI. I stayed totally on plan yesterday and plan to do the same today. I've got my meals planned and my walk scheduled and my eyes on the prize. Thanks for the encouraging words yesterday. And you're right, it feels a whole lot better to wake up after doing everything right the day before. Then I can give myself a sticker on my desk calendar. That makes me happy!
