I went WAY over my calories. My family wanted pizza so I planned that into my tracker and had 2 slices. But then later on I had chips (sunchips garden salsa) and a dove candy bar, and those took me WAY over my calorie range. I know that time of the month will be starting and I always feel hungrier before it comes.
I did go down to the gym twice yesterday. AM workout I got on the treadmill and did 5% incline at 3.0 speed for 12 mins and walked 0.57 miles
then went down later and got on the treadmill and didnt do an incline, just walked for 5 mins @ 2.5, then 5 mins @ 2.7 then 5 mins @ 2.8 speeds. Ended up doing 0.62miles
Total workout time 29 mins and did over a mile. Not much of a distance but at least its something.
Heck I think my butt is looking better already..........or it could just be my imagination. I dont know.
Today: I plan on doing the elliptical for 5 mins then maybe hop on the treadmill for 10. Just for something different. Then maybe do the same later as well. I will track calories and stay within calorie range.
