March has been a rotten month. There was a death in the family and yesterday I had to have my 15-year-old cat put to sleep.
Somehow all the stress hasn't showed on the scale, so I am thankful for that.
I'm back on track. I usually run Mon Wed Fri, but Monday I had a terrible headache and this week has turned into a Tue Thurs Sat schedule. So, today I must run.
I've signed up for a 5k on April 20th. I still have to walk a little at this point during those 3.1 miles, but I am pushing and pushing. I'm hoping the street running won't slow me down, since I'm so used to the treadmill. I have a few friends walking it, and may have a running buddy who will keep me going.
