I'm terrible at remembering what day it is. It's Thursday, right? I think.
It's day whatever of the Corset Plan and it's WORKING!!! Since I mentioned the Plan in my blog on March 11th I'm down 2.2 lbs! I really think having a tangible goal is helping a lot.
I've started more strength training, and slacked off on Jillian. I find when I do her video I dread working out for a few days afterwards, so I've fallen back to my old favorite, Billy Blanks 8 Minute Supercharged Cardio, plus strength training. That and watching videos on SparkPeople for chair cardio and standing cardio. It's been way too cold to walk outside, and rainy also. Boo.
Tomorrow I have a doc's appt for the eczema I've been having. It IS improved, and even gone in a few spots, although it has cropped up a couple other places, like my left shin and the backs of my calves. The tinea/ringworm seems to be completely gone, thank goodness. Anyhoo, last time I was at the doc's, a month ago, I weighed in at 202 on his scale, which is consistently 4 lbs heavier than my reading at home. I told him the next time I came in his scale would read under 200! Well at home this morning I was 195.3.
I'm a little worried about the narrow margin since the appt isn't until 9:30 and I'm not sure I can resist eating or drinking anything before the weight in. But if I have to eat a protein bar or something it shouldn't make a lb difference, so I should be fine.
That's my little catch up on the Corset Plan! Have a greaaaaaat Thursday (MY hump day)!!!
