Why? A combination of things where the sum is greater than the parts, I suspect:
1. Adding weights back in with the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and doing additional cardio.
2. Doing the Deepak Chopra/Oprah 21 day perfect health meditation challenge. It's helping me stay focused on taking positive actions for my health but also having positive thoughts about my body and health.
3. Stumbled across the "No S Diet" - no sweets, no seconds, no snacks except (sometimes) on days with that are "S" days - that is, Saturdays, Sundays and special holidays/birthdays. These are simple principles that are keeping me from the mid-afternoon snacking that can lead to binges.
4. 99% vegan eating since my birthday in January. The dark circles under my eyes that I have ALWAYS been plagued with are fading, I have so much more vitality and (no kidding) my hair is growing in with less gray! I noticed it and then my hairdresser said the same thing! Pretty incredible.
