My Motivation for Today

Yesterday I was tired all day, because I only got 4 hours of sleep. That was bad. Last night I made sure to go to sleep early and got 5 1/2 hours in. I hope to do better tonight. But I feel rested today, in spite of the small amount of sleep. I think it is because I am exercising in the morning which revs up my day. The 5 flight climb to my office felt easy today ( really 10 flights because of 14 foot ceilings). Baby steps add up to progress..

    I need to face my fear and start walking the stairs. I'm on the ninth floor, so it would totally be a work out!

I get my sleep, but still tired today. (sigh)

    I have found that I doze off in the chair at night an hour than I normally would go to bed since I started working out so hard. So now my bedtime has moved up to 10 p.m. If I stay up past that I miss half of all the shows because I can't keep myself awake. I also wake up a 6 a.m. ready to exercise again!
