Yesterday I was tired all day, because I only got 4 hours of sleep. That was bad. Last night I made sure to go to sleep early and got 5 1/2 hours in. I hope to do better tonight. But I feel rested today, in spite of the small amount of sleep. I think it is because I am exercising in the morning which revs up my day. The 5 flight climb to my office felt easy today ( really 10 flights because of 14 foot ceilings). Baby steps add up to progress..
