Long day ahead.......

Will have to work hard on getting healthy food during the day........one can only plan so much.......but now I'm at a loss as to what more I can do........hopefully once I reach my destination things may become clearer, somewhat.....

***Do exercises that you enjoy. Working out can be fun.
And please ....... do not get into the trappings of what the scale tells you .................. The scale need not be the judge and jury.
