Victory is in not doing nothing!

I woke up to a grim day outside - grey, cold, horizontal heavy rain - and a 24 shift ahead of me.

I decided not to do my run - in that weather it would be too exhausting before a long shift - so have planned to do it tomorrow after work. Couldn't hoop outdoors. I debated whether to get my rebounder out, or do a cardio video, or what. Was in danger of doing nothing. I ended up doing what I could do:

emoticon spun the wheel
emoticon huddled with my teams
emoticon tracked my food (and packed healthy supplies for next 28hrs)
emoticon hooped 10 mins indoors

Feels good to have done SOMETHING!

I had to cut my walk short because my face was freezing off. I know that spring is around the corner . . . I just couldn't make it today. So looking forward to spring. Hope you can get something in tomorrow.
You took positive steps to meet your goals. Go you!

That's actually pretty awesome. I love how you set the emoticons to your sentences. Personally, I think it's smart to not wear yourself out before you have to work like that. It's easier than one thinks to burn-out. You're choosing health over exhaustion!
Wishing you a wonderful day despite the weather.
