The Plan - Day 3

Day 1 - 1 lb down.
Day 2 - 1 lb down.
Day 3 - 1.1 lb down.
Wow! Well pleased with this. It was soooo great to have chicken last night. Confess I had more than allowed. But still down!
Very slight headache still yesterday, but no real issues. I did have hot flushes after lunch chickpeas and camomile tea - not sure why. Forgot to mention - sleeping well too.
Also someone had a birthday cake at work y'day, and despite it sitting around staring us in the face all day, I managed to avoid. Yeah!
Something seems to be working!
