Would like to apologise for yesterdays blog being removed... put a pic on that made me giggle without realising it had profanity. Well obviously I realised but just didnt twig on haha.
So yesterday was weigh day... 1.5lb lost this week :) Went food shopping for salad and fruit, and wrote a list of food for the next week's woth of evening meals. I also lost a false nail (which is great coz they're doin my head in now!)
so to replace the one I cannot use - heres another! haha
Today I have already done more exercise than i have for two weeks by running up an down the stairs to a total of 200 steps. MIght not seem much - and it only took 5 mins tops - but its more than I managed last time and it almost killed me haha. Yesterday was a 3 mile walk to, round and back from Asda. I've also done 20 crunches, 20 wall presses and 20 squats. (done various arm exercises with weights too but I dont know what they're called)
Goin to have the hubby set up the wii tonight (or weekend depending on his finish time for work) that way I can keep a count of the calories I burn, or some at least.
