Wow what a week! I've been going through these bursts of motivation and can get things done to not wanting to get out of bed and sleeping for 12-16hrs on my days off. I promised myself that for the next two week I will honor myself and my efforts and eat healthy and exercise. This eating health is phasing out meats that are not organic and hormone/ antibiotic free and phasing in fruits and raw veggies. I'm also going to give Maca a shot. It's a supplement that is an adaptogen to nourish the adrenal glands. I think I'm going through adrenal fatigue to some degree due to stress. My daily tasks are to:
1. Exercise before bed: just can't get up earlier than I know I HAVE to.
2. Meditate daily: even if it is a few deep breaths, need to get a handle on stress before I completely burn out.
3. Stick to the eating plan: not one morsel more or less- even dark chocolate from work.
4: Absolutely no alcohol: empty calories and my resolve about healthy living
crumbles by the sip.
I am captain of my own vessel. I will build it stronger and more efficient because this ship needs to explore uncharted waters and weather quite a few storms in this life. I will bomb fear to Hades along with all that hold me back.
