Had the first full workout in 9 weeks or so.
Walking, recumbent, abs/core, yoga/stretch, upper body and problem area weights. It's amazing how fast you lose conditioning as you age. I will sleep well tonight, 'though.
Had another weird stir fry, tonight. Stir fry veggies + cut okra + turkey kielbasa + kung pao stir fry sauce. Good (a little too salty, because of the sausage), filling, and low calories.
Verizon still hasn't gotten back to me about Comcast blocking VOIP out of my house, thus killing my cell phone in the house.
