Week 2/ Day 3--Wednesday

Nice day today. Still no regular soda. I did break down and have half of a diet coke. I have gotten over 2 liters of water in every day. I only eat my 3 meals and have 2 reasonable snacks every day. I was on call last night and didn't get to bed until 3am, so I am feeling a bit too tired to get up and move at this point. One day at a time. Life is good :)
