Personal Training mishap's are great and horrible!

I have physically training every Wednesday at 1 pm. This has been for over a month now. My trainers boss (who also is my main trainer) doubled booked him today at 1pm... He was going to just let the other lady do her own thing but when she showed up she was a tiny frail little lady and he didn't want her to hurt herself. So he told me what to do (cardio equipment and sit ups) and went to help her. I told him that was 100% fine, nothing he did wrong. He kept checking up on me which was good. I know he wants to help me on my journey. Due to that he is sliding me in tomorrow as well. Ahhhh! It will be strength training with kick boxing on the end but my legs are sore!

HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SPRING!!!!

I think my stomach bug is coming to a close. I ate dinner without getting sick. Every time I ate I was getting sick, after that I was fine... makes no sense to me. Now I have a gnarly headache and my hubby says it is from not eating enough. Well getting sick will limit what I want to eat. Also working out as hard as I did, getting sick and not eating enough calories (only short 200) probably isn't good. I honestly don't think I can eat anymore. I am not getting sick by am very nauseated.

I will try to keep up my blogging this weekend, depends on the internet in the tiny little town I will be in. I leave Friday morning before the sun rises and get back Sunday night after 9 pm. Maybe... it is supposed to snow where I am going which could delay me. Keeping my fingers crossed and getting the good vibes started!

Goals!
Did I make healthy food choices? Yes! I am so happy to start my green smoothies again!
Was I physically active? 45 minute interval run/walk yesterday and 60 minutes of working out today! I am one sore little girl. Oh... I totally did over 200 crunches today...OW!
Did I feel/act motivated? Yes I love having the accountability from my trainer!
Did I stick to the program? Woo hoo yes!
