I'd like to say it was perfect but we all know life isn't perfect!!

Positive things
Worked out with heel problems
Some healthy eating
Finished all challenge task
Keeping up with bible plans

Things to work on
Getting eating a little better especially on weekends!
Not letting stress get to me
