Tuesday-

I forgot what the warm up was :(
18 min AMRAP
12 burpee bar jumps
5 clean snatches
15 sit ups
I did 5 reps!!

Wednesday-
Warm up
2 mins jump ropes
15 pull ups
15 dips
5 x 5 back squats with 58 lbs.
Actual work out

3 sets of 12 pull ups, 21 kettle bell swings (20 lbs) and a 400m row. Finished in 18.19.
