Workout / Weigh In Wednesday...First, as most of you know that last week has been a huge struggle for me. So to step on the scale this morning and see a gain of 3 lbs, was not a big surprise. It wasn't even a disappointment, I knew I was not diligent this last week, I knew I slacked a lot...And the 6 cookies I ate yesterday didn't help either
So, last week was my slacking week, my week to reevaluate and remind myself why I'm doing this.
Moving on to Workout Wednesday ~ Oh it was back to my routine! I felt revived, revitalized, and rejuvenated! I started with the elliptical doing 2.25 miles in 25 minutes, then I went to start my strength training...I have to say, on Friday when I met with Linda (the PT) I did not push myself...In fact I was rather disappointment at my performance. So today I did all the routine that Linda had taken me through and I pushed myself to do them all! It felt good to do all of that routine, painful but good.
