First Day of Spring new goal

Mood for first day of spring: optimistic!

I want to set a new goal to get to 150 lbs by the first day of summer. So that gives me 3 months to lose 22 lbs. That seems realistic and doable to me.

I'm feeling much fitter these days though not getting lighter fast. I realise I'm gaining a good bit of muscle, doing tons of strength training and my jeans which were a bit too tight a month ago are getting much looser in the waist. Probably can hold off on getting new ones in the size down until after I've lost another 5 lbs or so. Still plenty of wobble in the tummy and thighs mostly. I'm looking forward to getting rid of that with consistency!

This week I did athletic training and I survived! In fact I was still okay at the end of it and the only bit I didn't totally finish was the push ups: just too many for me! I need to do that class more often and body combat too.
