Getting Healthier...

Since getting healthier I.....

--crave water
--look forward to a meal made with whole foods
--really taste the natural flavors of good healthy food
--taste the chemicals in unhealthy processed and fast food
--look forward to increased activity
--exercise regularly
--sometimes take the stairs
--feel better in my skin
--don't focus on my weight as much
--sleep better
--look better (clearer skin, shinier hair)
--am more optimistic and happier
--have more of a zest for life
--and much, much more.....

    Having more energy and actually craving good food are the best for me. It's amazing how small changes and can make such a huge difference in life!

    I have so much more energy.
    I look forward to eating salads at both lunch and dinner.
    I get plenty of natural fiber in my diet.
    I drink more water.
    I avoid fast food.
    I love shopping for new clothes.

    water - not yet; whole food - yes!; taste natural flavors - yes, indeed; taste chemicals - unfortunately, yes; activity - YES YES YES; exercise - always; stairs - nearly always; feel better - getting there; don't focus on weight - about the same; sleep better - thank God, yes!; look better - not sure; more optimistic - i'd say yes; zesty - yeah; much much more - you betcha!
