Since getting healthier I.....
--crave water
--look forward to a meal made with whole foods
--really taste the natural flavors of good healthy food
--taste the chemicals in unhealthy processed and fast food
--look forward to increased activity
--exercise regularly
--sometimes take the stairs
--feel better in my skin
--don't focus on my weight as much
--sleep better
--look better (clearer skin, shinier hair)
--am more optimistic and happier
--have more of a zest for life
--and much, much more.....
