Still bushed. Long day, and tomorrow is going to be longer, ugh. I got some stuff done today, and I do like the way that makes me feel.
I weighed myself today, I'm down a pound since last week, still ahead schedule, which is great. I'm trying not to change too much too fast so that I don't overload myself, and also so I'll have a next step once I've hit the limits of my current step.
I'm tired and hungry, and need to put serious thought into how to keep that from continuing.
