Day 18/Weigh-in Wednesday

Still bushed. Long day, and tomorrow is going to be longer, ugh. I got some stuff done today, and I do like the way that makes me feel.

I weighed myself today, I'm down a pound since last week, still ahead schedule, which is great. I'm trying not to change too much too fast so that I don't overload myself, and also so I'll have a next step once I've hit the limits of my current step.

I'm tired and hungry, and need to put serious thought into how to keep that from continuing.

Bed time now!

    Good job! I am worried that I will hit my plateau and won't know what to do. You are definitely planning ahead!
