I love Greek Yogurt for breakfast. I love its clean, tart flavor and the way it holds me over until lunch. Lunch will be 2 hard boiled eggs and split pea soup, with some sort of veggie. I plan almonds for an afternoon snack. I might have bran cereal if I get too hungry. Dinner...I am thinking a nice big huge green salad with grilled chicken.
