I did make it to yoga this morning, but haven't been as active as I'd have liked the rest of the day. Weird dizzyness and legs/feet feeling heavy. Had to sit way more often than I wanted to. Good thing it was an early release day! Meetings after school kept me from walking with my friend (1 IEP and a meeting with my 13yo daughter's teacher), then spent the evening helping my oldest dd find shoes and a clutch for prom and change the color on the tux her boyfriend is renting (didn't fit with what she wanted and clashed with her dress!)
Ate way too much today. Not sure if I was hungry due to yesterday's activity level or if I was trying to find something to alleviate the dizzyness and nausea. I have weaned myself off the meds instead of switching to another one the dr suggested. Illness going around at school. Just too much going on and my body has responded with severe cravings. And, of course, the more processed stuff I eat the more I crave it! Just gotta stop.
Heading to bed- cycle class and arms/core in the morning, then weigh in for TNT. With the way I've been eating, I'm afraid I've gained.
