I have really been struggling to stay motivated. I do good for a little and easily get off track. I was thinking back about things that helped me the first time. One thing that I have read here and there is to record the benefits/advantages of losing weight.
Advantages to weight loss....
1. Feel like myself when I am smaller
2. Have more energy
3. Have more enthusiasm about life
4. Easier to find clothes
5. More fun to buy clothes
6. My ring fits better
7. My ankle doesn't hurt
8. I don't have to worry about breaking chairs or fitting places
9. My kids won't have to have a fat mother
10. I have more self-confidence
