Round Five - What's Cookin', Good Lookin'

We are still going strong with the cooking extravaganza over on the maintainers' team. This round I chose a fajita recipe.
I really loved the method here. You cut up your meat, peppers, and onion. Then drizzle with oil, sprinkle with seasoning and throw in the oven. Viola! Fajitas! I used a packet of seasoning instead of mixing it myself as I already had one on hand. I only used one tablespoon of oil to save calories. I thought the meat was a little dry, but DH did not. Maybe just because I knew I cut back on the oil :)
Here's a pic of the filling. Didn't take a pic of it in the tortilla. I served it with raw veggies. Next time I will cut my bell peppers a little thinner.
This is the only way that I will make fajitas from now on!
