One More Pound Gone

Wednesday, March 20, 2013

I feel spring in the air! It is delightful....

The birds are singing.....the bees are buzzing the tiny purple flowers blooming in my yard...I will put off mowing till the bees finish their job making honey. Our trees have their yellow Easter bonnets on.....and pollen is wafting through the air. The breezes tickle the wind chimes on the back porch..which means the car and porch will soon match the yellow of those mighty oaks. Me....I would love every minute of it if my eyes were not nose running...and my throat tickling. One of the quizzes said stay in the house in the early morning to lessen the I am doing that.

I was singing and dancing this morning when I stepped on the scale and had lost another pound.... emoticon.

Hope your spring has sprung....and hope you are enjoying it too.

Congrats on the loss!! Another way to lessen the effects of allergies is to wash your hair at night before bed. If you wash your hair in the morning, your hair collects allergens all day then you lay your head down and deposit those allergens on your pillow. Your head is just wallowing in those allergens! But, wash your hair at night, and there's no allergens to contaminate your pillow with or sleep with all night long!

I love spring, even if it means allergies. Unfortunately we got snow last night so it may be awhile before I'll see my crocuses.

A pound lost is a good thing! Congrats
