Its day 3 of the last time I intend to start over. So far, I am doing pretty good. Two out of three days I stuck to my goals, but at least I didn't quit and say, "I'll start again next week." There will be no more starting over for me.
My goals for the rest of this week and next week:
*workout everyday (even if it is just a stretch) - to keep momentum
*track everything I eat
*drink 6-8 glasses of water a day
*no sweets until Easter (to get out of the habit of eating them everyday)
Long Term Goals:
*To complete the 90 day workout program that I have started (I NEVER finish - In fact, I have never made it through 2 weeks of a program)
*To lose at least 30 pounds by my birthday (Sept)
Yesterday was not good. State testing started which is very stressful for me. In addition, some small mistakes and curve balls started the day and by the end of the day I had eaten several pieces of candy and had a few extra cups of coffee. Hopefully that will not be the way the whole week of testing goes in April. Anyway, Monday and Wed went well and I worked out both days. I even convinced my 13 year old to do the conditioning work out with me tonight. Guess what? I smoked her! lol Shhh, she doesn't want you to know.
