My last blog I was ready to quit and I thank all those who encouraged me not to - it was a bit overwhelming and very much appreciated. I haven't quit, I went out and got a Fitbit and I love it - it's a game to see if I can meet all the goals it sets and I was surprised that I actually clock a lot more activity than I have ever given myself credit for on Sparks. The down side - got on the scales today and after KNOWING I have been active, and watched my intake and even gotten more sleep I was up another pound - I am now officially the heaviest I have ever been. SOOO - I have declared war - the medications I am on - can cause weight gain - I researched them - I'm quitting them. I did research what I can do to replace them and the natural stuff, eating habits etc - I will do - someone told me you have to fool your body so the workouts have gotten mixed up - this week I did the bike (which I hate) and the stair stepper (which hates me). I am going to go over calorie intake on some days and under on others, this body of mine is going to learn - no more Mrs. Nice Guy - I want 30'% of it to disappear for ever and I will do whatever it takes.
