Ready, set, focus

My personal goals for tomorrow:
Be fully present with my kids. This means no time sucking iphone and facebook!
Cook one wholesome meal.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water or crystal light
30 minutes of exercise
8 full hours of sleep.
My meal plan tomorrow:
protein cereal or scrambled egg for breakfast
pb sandwhich and an apple for lunch
dinner: I was thinking I would stir fry with chicken, brown rice, peanuts, and egg, toss it all together with some hot sauce and wrap with lettuce. yum!
Today I went grocery shopping and while some things I didn't compromise on (like whole milk cheese and canned fruit), I think mostly I made good choices.
Vacation was wonderful, if I lived in florida, I would make sure I get my workouts in for sure! The kids loved it outside every day.
And now home to wintery michigan with snow.
I hope to workout for thirty minutes on my elliptical in the am before my husband leaves for work.
