I actually got out of the house this week, and really connected with great friends who I just haven't been spending enough time with. This time cost me, however -- not just in money spent on food I really didn't need, but in the CALORIE content of EATING that food (which I neither needed to buy nor consume).
So, this coming week, I'm going to make a point of finding outdoorsy, movement-based quality time activities to share with these same friends.
(I'm going to put the five pounds I gained back, down to 1/2 muscle, 1/2 overeating, and 1/2 water bloat. :D)
