I had hurt myself a lil yesterday, so today I decided I would not work out. I mean, I still walked with weights, but I didnt do any cardio or weight training. Now I kinda feel blah. I have my weigh in on Friday. I will be super sad if I didnt lose anything as hard as I have worked. Then I looked at my pix and thought two things...first of all...this is gonna take a while to get back down to that size 2 that I once was. Then I thought...I use to be a size 22...and I am not anymore. So...I will get there.
