Squats and journaling

I feel a bit better each day. I almost skipped logging in today, but that is how is starts. I say " I will tomorrow" and then I don't. I still have not written in the blank journal! Maybe I need to buy one that I hate and start there!

I have a huge block against any physical activity! Started doing squats today. I figured is was a first step. At least it is something! I did them in the morning and this evening. Maybe tomorrow I will add some sit-ups and stretching! I actually did them this morning while brushing by teeth. Crazy, but kinda fun :)
