My knee has hurt since I ran my 5k on Sunday. I have tried pushing through it and had 2 great workouts Monday and Tuesday. Today, it hurt worse. So it is time to take a step back and see if taking a night off from the gym helps.
I have already done well on the water and will keep drinking it for the rest of the night. My calories are on the right path so far. I have no reason to think I will exceed my range for the night.
Also, I slept poorly last night so I will take advantage of the night at home and go to bed early.
I am just trying to make the best of my little hiccup.
