I am procrastinating by writing this blog. Let me confess that right out of the gate. :)
This morning after I walked the dogs I headed out to the park to enjoy some fresh air and walk a bit. I have not put my workouts on the top of my to do list for a few days. As the day goes on the likelyhood of having an intense workout goes down! I have let myself make excuses for a few days.
Today I did the workout early on- 3 1/2, miles in an hour. Hit my 10,000 steps early! This is not something I could or should do everyday. However pushing myself was good-felt good!
Using my SP mojo I have set a goal to do creative writing 15 minutes a day. I have several plots mapped out but I still could not get into them last night. So I wrote an overview of my weigh through the years. It was much more than 15 minutes and I finished it up more motivated than ever! Not because of the #'S involved. Because of the feelings it brought out, remebering successes and seeing the events of several years laid out on paper.
