Treading Water

I did really well losing weight for the first couple of months. Now I am bouncing around the same weight for the last two weeks. Not only have I been out in the garden working, but I have tried to get 10,000 steps and 5 miles each day along with using my exercise equipment three times a week. The good news is that I am not gaining any weight, and I know that I have come down to a 17 inch neck. So, I will now try to get four nights on the exercise equipment and find some stairs to climb everyday. There is only one way I am going to let my weight go, and that is down!

    thanks for visiting my blog! Sometimes I feel like throwing that darn scale away, it just doesn't seem to move... If you check under "gardening" in the fitness section of spark, you can log in the time you work in the garden. I hope you enjoy spark as much as I do, it's very motivational on those days when you need it.
