I did really well losing weight for the first couple of months. Now I am bouncing around the same weight for the last two weeks. Not only have I been out in the garden working, but I have tried to get 10,000 steps and 5 miles each day along with using my exercise equipment three times a week. The good news is that I am not gaining any weight, and I know that I have come down to a 17 inch neck. So, I will now try to get four nights on the exercise equipment and find some stairs to climb everyday. There is only one way I am going to let my weight go, and that is down!
