I am so glad spring is here, even though for us it feels more like summer already on some days. But I am trying to enjoy the nice weather. So far I've been out and about enjoying the sun and working out in the open. I've managed to workout 3-6 days a week, for at least 30 mins, even though some have been for almost an hour, and I don't feel it, because I love what I am doing.
I am a little sad that my workout buddy had to take a break, and I do wish she decides to come back soon! I miss Zumba and Insanity and above all I miss having her there to encourage me and challenge me, but in the mean while, I still have to go at it and work out for me. So today I am going to the park and give the tennis court a try out. I haven't played for nearly ten years, but I am looking forward to doing it again! I can't believe I am trying this, I thought that after high school I was never ever going to see a tennis racket again. But I remember how much I enjoyed it then, why not give it a second chance?
I haven't lost any weight, at least I think I haven't. I moved my weight in days to Fridays, instead of Mondays, so I won't really know until Friday, but I do feel the jeans I am wearing today a tiny bit loose, that must count for something right? And the eating, I am trying not to over think it, because that's when I end up over eating, but I have done good, an occasional cookie once in a while, and of course my coffee in the morning (without it I can't survive 9 hours of work).
So, I like that my motivation is high this days and I am planning on taking full advantage of it! Hope you guys are enjoying these beautiful days! Have fun!
