BLC Day 7 - Week 1

Day 7 has been a great one. I completed Cardio 3 for the 90 day revolution. WOW! What an amazing 30 minute workout. I think it is Jillian's best workout ever! Very intense!
Week 1 has been very good. I stuck to the goals that I set for this challenge. I have been tracking my food - staying within my ranges, exercised every day for at least 30 minutes a day, and hopefully tomorrow I will see at least 1 pound or inch lost this week. I have been trying to FOCUS this week and participate on team forum. I have done better at blogging this week than I have done on previous challenges.
I hope that weeks 2-10 will be as rewarding!
