Turbofire 30 day progress PICSSSS!!!

Here it is peeps..and I must say..I'm stoked...seriously. I've been doing Turbofire for a month now and the results are great!! I've been drinking Shakeology for 2 weeks and I can see a difference in my mood/cravings/energy! It may not work for all..but it sure does work for me! I cannot wait to see what happens on day 60!!!!

I've lost 7 lbs in about a month and a half....p.s.....I'm NOT sucking in! (This was a major problem in the past..I felt I was being "dishonest" for sucking in...and I always felt I had "hide" ..well HERE IT IS PEEPS!)

I'm counting calories and just eating overall healthy...I do not count fruits and veggies and I do not think it is hindering me at all!! For everyone that has done Turbo and other BB workouts ..thank you for leading me to my soulmate workout! I said in my last blog I decided to become a coach...mainly for myself I believe this keeps ME more accountable...and it's SO awesome to pass the word along to others that are INTERESTED in getting healthy...I've had questions galore and I love being able to help people find something that works for them...Anyone find any new DVD's or home workouts they LOVE lately? I always love trying new things!

In other news...I think I'm obsessed with Quinoa..............anyone else? any good recipies you've tried???? I need more!

    That is awesome, you look fantastic! I am thinking about getting the Slim in 6 BB workout. I have the 10 minute trainer right now... I need to follow through with it ;)

    You can definitely see that you've leaned out! :) emoticon I LOVE quinoa!!! I mostly use it like rice, although I also like eating it cold with chopped up bell peppers and onions in it.
