Offically down 3 pounds on my 7 pound goal! I'm at 129 now and hope to get to 125 by April 13th when I take off to Varadero with the love of my life. It's possible but pretty slow going.
I said I wanted to either get down to 125 or have abs that I can actually see...looks like that second one is not going to happen but hopefully the first does. I've been doing a lot right so I'm sure it will pay off. Once I'm down there I'm gonna start training again for my runs. My knee hasn't been the best and was really hurting in my weight lifting class yesterday so I've been giving it major time off. Running on the sand will be good for it anyway.
