Weight loss with ww has been about 6 pounds. Still learning the ropes, and struggling a bit, but I intend to stick with it. I pre-paid after all, haha. I'm still counting both points and calories, and I see I am eating less calories, so that's a good thing. Since ww seems to penalize carbs, today I bought an "unwich" at Jimmy Johns - instead of bread, the sub was wrapped in lettuce. However, I bombed that good intention by eating a bag of their reduced fat chips. Sooo... I will only eat my fruit for my afternoon snacks to take advantage of their zero point status. It won't quite make up for the chips, but it's a strategy to limit the damage. I intend to not dig into my weekly points allowance in a big way until the weekend.
I bought my fitness class punchcard and took a Zumba class last weekend. Fun. Wish I could let that encourage me more than letting worry about following the choreography discourage me. Anyway, I bought the equivalent of 2 classes per week, and hope to use it for classes that areeither all cardio or at least half cardio. My circuit class falls into that category, and I do need my strength training, so it's a good combo. And if I do cardio using this punchcard, then I'm free to ignore the boring cardio machines at my gym and use the weight machines instead.
