...I am going to buy myself a new workout shirt and donate the same amount of money to charity. I've already made room for it by donating one of my current shirts so now I just have to lose the five pounds.
It won't be easy. I joined a challenge to lose 13 pounds in 2013 and so far (almost) nothing! But I've been trying: watching my intake and boosting up my activity, especially in the last few weeks. So it WILL happen. It's just a matter of time.
And when it does, I'm going to try to be good about maintaining because---sad to say---these 5 pounds are currently listed on my ticker as already gone! I had them off until last fall. So, here they go again (and maybe a few more), and a new shirt will be my reward!
