When I got dressed this morning I decided to try on a jogging suit that I had in the back of my closet that was a bit snug on me the last time I tried it on. I was pleasantly surprised on how it fit today. I took out the tape measure and I am happy to report that I lost 2 inches in my waist, 3 inches in my hips, and 2 inches in my thighs since March 2nd. Unfortunately there was no change in my arms (my biggest problem area). I am so happy that I am seeing results from the effort I am putting into exercising. I can get used to this!
