Couch to 5K

I have started week 5 of Couch to 5K today. I am running my 1st 5k on April 13th. I need to step it up if I am going to keep up with the team I am running with.

    I've done Couch to 5K before. I ran until my hubby broke the running board on our treadmill :( so now I'm lucky to get a jog in once a month. I'll be rooting for you!!

    Hope it's going well for you. I just started the 8-week Rookie Running Program on Monday so just Day 3 for me but hoping to follow it to a T so I can run (mostly) the Color Run 5K in July :) Should be plenty of time for me to get to that point.

Good luck with your 5K in a few weeks!!
