The walk was at Lake Livingston State Park. It was the end of Spring Break weekend so we had lots of people (kids on bikes) on the trails. We had a beautiful springlike day.
Three fourths of the trail was on dirt but there was a nice section on a boardwalk.
We had to watch where we were walking to keep from squashing these little guys.
This tower was not on the walk route but we couldn't resist going over to climb it.
The only flowers in the park were trumpet vines like this one decorating a rotten log.
