hate when I feel this way

I have been in this down in the dumps mood for the past 2 days. i hate when I get in this mood because i turn to food , not just one or two wrong choices but non stop picking and eating crap and I know that I am sabotaging all my hard work. I need to suck it up ,pick myself back up , go to the gym and get back into the swing of things. Today is the first day of spring , time for some changes

    We all have those bad days or weeks, heck even weeks. But the point is what you said, you stand up and start again. That's key. Don't beat yourself (I KNOW easier said than done) but the cycle of it will only make you sabotage yourself further. So, just take your time and look at the why...why did i eat this way, why did i choose to do this....and what happened that triggered for me to eat this way. Next time it happens, try to go for a walk even a five minute one...just something to preoccupy yourself. Get out of the house or go outside your building if you're at work....little tricks like this will help you realize the why and what happened. It's really hard habit to get into....but it may help you. Keep up the hard work! you can do this!
